I'm still working on figuring out a good series for the weekend. If you're like me, you're interested in the world around you and often see fascinating headlines pop up when checking email or quickly scanning news sites or hear someone discussing a great article about such and such, but don't have the time to click and read a whole article.
My solution has been to save the article to my Favorites Toolbar, but my objective is probably a little different than yours. I have all my sources for recent past posts, articles on subjects I want to write about, resources that I might need to refer to in the future and information I think might interest you, my readers, saved in my Favorites Toolbar.
I'm also an avid reader and huge fan of The Week. If you don't know about this magazine, check it out! It helps me stay "in the know" on just about every subject in the news around the world. Ah, but I digress. The point is I'm a news and information hoarder.
On that note, I thought I would try a weekly article roundup of information that you may have missed, but I think is worth taking a look at, even if you have just a brief time for reading. If you see an article you think should be included, please shoot me an email at [email protected], tweet me {@MotherlyLaw} or give me shout on Facebook {Motherly Law}.
I keep an ever growing list of topic ideas for Motherly Law posts. So, some of the articles involve issues that I plan to write about, but haven't had a chance to do so yet. As always, feel free to share your thoughts with me.
News Worth Your Time
The Scoop
Next week, I'll be examining food safety standards; the rash food recalls in recent years; tips for buying, preparing and storing food in a safe way to prevent food-borne illnesses, etc. Plus I'll be posting a list of my all-time favorites restaurants. Over and out...
